College Night: Senior Parents

Good morning,

The below message was sent to the students this morning. We are excited to invite parents to our Senior College Night, which will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the UHS Auditorium. Parents will get reacquainted with the college process, and we will review with families the steps taken with students in senior seminars this month, which built on the curriculum and activities from the spring semester of the students' junior years.

The time is near to start sending out your college applications.  Below are the dates that the Guidance Department will be meeting with seniors (grouped by alphabet) to discuss the application process, responsibilities, important dates, etc. so that this process can be as easy as possible.

Seniors ending in:

• A-B meet Tuesday, 9/26 from 7:30am-8:27am (E period)
• C-F meet Tuesday, 9/26 from 12:59pm-1:55pm (C period)
• G-K meet Wednesday, 9/27 from 8:27am-9:24am (E period)
• L-Mc meet Wednesday, 9/27 from 12:02pm-12:59pm (A period)
• Me-R meet Thursday, 9/28 from 7:30am-8:27am (C period)
• S-Z meet Thursday, 9/28 from 12:59pm-1:55pm (A period)

All meetings will occur in the Library.  Please be on time.  If you cannot make your designated time, then please attend another session.  After this seminar, individual meetings will be schedule (if not done already).

Also, on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 6:30 pm we will be hosting parents for Senior College Night here at UHS.

Lastly, you will be responsible for any classwork you miss during your senior seminar.
